I don't like the valorization of marketing over execution. Marketing is essential, but without execution is just brings disaster sooner rather than later.
I agree – marketing without execution is a recipe for disaster!
That said, execution without marketing/sales simply won't result in any revenue. Especially for a company that is only starting out. Something has got to help start the flywheel. It's a hard balancing act!
