Ask HN: Is there a TeamBlind for people of smaller startups/businesses?

I'm interested in seeing how other smaller companies compare in terms of salary and other compensation data.

I work in a Midwest city and mainly been at web shops and early startups fewer than 100 people. Looking for a website filled with work culture/salary discussions from people that mostly reflect my career background. An online community where people pseudonymously represent the lesser heard of companies, and share compensation and work culture information. I mostly see people repping big companies at Blind, which makes it not a very useful tool if I'm not interested in going to a big company.

Or even a levels.fyi for the smaller startups would be nice.
