Ask HN: Ho to get back restricted Facebook Business Manager?

Hi folks,

Our meta business accounts are restricted because my identity hasn't been confirmed (however on my personal profile it says it has been confirmed)

I already reach out to facebook support lvl 1 but they can't help me out.

Do you know anyone who already face this issue? Do you know anyone at facebook who could give me a hand ?
