He just sounds so ANGRY, boderline vindictive. Especially the comment on Warren Buffet.
Non-paywall link? Must read whatever PT has to say.
This is like taking ten COVID tests, one after another, and declaring they must be broken when they all come back positive.
dear lord who writes this garbage. WTF is ESG I have now read two articles and neither of them define it.

Though since Thiel does not like it ... it must be something that is positive and not something like his kind, that wants to drink blood of children.

'ESG is a hate factory, one can always just buy large acreages in remote countries to escape all three.'
"The outspoken investor likened environmental, social and governance policies to the Chinese Communist Party"

Interesting choice "Chinese communist party". I mean really?

How does [ESG](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environmental,_social_and_corp...), what on earth has that to do with the communist party. Well known for their social and corporate governance?

Also from Thiel

I mean it doesn't even make any sense for a gay man. Hasn't he noticed Trumps, and more recent GOP LGBTQ take? Is it the ends justify the means? Is it, it only applies to the small people? Who knows.

Thiel is a 'libertarian' on steroids. Again - that doesn't make much sense with the Trump or current GOP (it may have made more sense in the past).

He must be okay with some serious cognitive dissonance.

Rich people unable to do what they want, Tyranny! Powerful people unable to do what they want, Tyranny!

They want to be able to do what they want when they want. To be fair, they also want everybody else to be able to do what they (ie, the rich/powerful) want when they want.

EDIT: and I really hope one can make more money mining bitcoin than, say, smelting aluminum.
