When I click on Tennessee, it says 6% tax rate -- but TN has no state income tax, no?

This is so cool. I'ver definitely wanted this tool multiple times over the last couple of years.

Doesn’t look like it takes Great Lakes into the consideration when selecting shoreline filter, which is a bummer.

The tax is some sort of weird blend of income, sales, and maybe property tax. It'd be nice if you could check those independently of each other.

Change in filters seems to push the URL change to your browser's history (at least on Firefox), which is annoying. 10 mins of playing with the app made it impossible to hit back to get to this HN page.

This confirmed that Texas is, indeed, the best place for me to live personally

What is this considering a major airport? CLT appears to be excluded but many smaller airports are not.

The hazard filters are also completely useless and in many cases wrong.
