Ask HN: Agents for Password Protected Age Keys?

Has anyone written an agent for password protected Age secret keys? Something like ssh-agent or gpg-agent? I've thought of writing one (or experimenting with existing agents), but wanted to ask HN first.

If you have written (or used existing agent software) with Age keys, would you please share your experiences here?
