strange, because (a) you don't seem to own that domain name, and (b) most people will probably read it as an abbreviation of "Balkans".
I don't think I'm in the target audience, but I think the "Apply to join" gating is confusing and overly mysterious. Who can apply? What are the application decision criteria? How much does it cost? What happens if you're rejected?
Is there any example content available to see what it's like?
It also seems to oversell itself a bit. "The leading private sales & marketing community". Really? By what measure? If it had lots if members you'd be touting that number. "Everything you need to know about sales + marketing": no, no site could possibly do that.
