Pregame demonstration causes brief evacuation of U.S. Capitol (espn.com)

The demonstration involved US Army members parachuting into the stadium. How the heck are they not on the same page with the Capitol?

There was a big alert yesterday in DC for low flying aerovehicles & emergency sirens & training situations. Did anyone see those exercises? The coincidence of this happening the very next day is basically comedic- whoops we had our schedules date off by one, sorry about that! (Not likely the issue!)
