Maybe we need to gather the observations ourselves? Maybe someone has access to Linkedin navigator and can query for people where the past job was Google?
E.g. I know that both Clemens Mewald (PM) and Michael Piatek (TL) transitioned from Google to Databricks.
I have quite a few friends that are ex googlers. Most left to go do their own thing. Usually a startup idea they wanted to pursue or a long sabbatical or some combination of the two.
