How many realize thats what they're doing? "Wait 3 seconds between on and crank when starting the car" or "step to the right when boarding an escalator" ... we all pick up "little bits of lint" ritual behaviors and rarely re-examine them after they've become comfortably habitual.

Few indeed keep up the important rituals. Who has a house Hermes and among those few, how long since has it been propitiated properly?

I try to get up on the right side of the bed every morning.

When I go to bed I visualize tech problems that I want to solve, maybe start with some possible solution, and let the visualization evolve with a lot of what-if's.
