Residents of MA and NY: you are eligible for Boston Public Library and New York Public Library cards, respectively. Even though you may not be anywhere near a branch location, they have an excellent selection of ebooks.

Other states may be similar but I am familiar with MA and NY due to friends and family.

Not quite as unrestricted as every teen in America, but still a useful perk (or taxpayer benefit) for MA and NY residents that they may not be aware of.

Residents of CA can get cards to SF and LA public libraries by visiting a branch. These cards can be used to access e-books and audiobooks via Libby.
Most libraries in the US and Australia have access to the Kanopy streaming video platform if you can't afford Netflix any more. It has an interesting selection of content.

Many will have ComicsPlus and Bibliotheca CloudLibrary as well, giving you a huge selection of comics, ebooks and magazines.

You should strongly consider using these resources before giving the big publishers and Amazon money and patronage they don't deserve.
