Does Google's core search product comply with GDPR? I'm wondering what violations it has made or could be considered to make with regard to scraping potential PII, re-publishing it, and profiting off of it through its ad services.

Wouldn’t the one publishing these PII on a website be in breach of the GDPR rather than Google who just crawls it?
