And yes, it appears to say "tenants" not "tenets".

I am hoping that is a typo, or a misspeak. You can evict a tenant.

Trust me, it pains the hell out of me too, but I worry 'tenant' [for 'tenet'] has become common enough to be 'just about correct'. I see it ubiquitously on here, and the spelling standards are considerably higher here than most anywhere else.
But it will have royalties. Does the DIMM standard have royalties?
Most of the industry is going this way and it's awful.

Framework and similar are looking better and better.
