Heroku incident (Issues using data products) (status.heroku.com)

I was reading in reverse-chronlogical order as posted and wondering what MTLS was. It was clearly named at the beginning/bottom as Mutual TLS. I thought M-TLS might be more helpful to associate with TLS. Later found that Cloudflare (and others) calls this mTLS.
