It sounded strange, somehow not Danish, so I looked up the authoritative site. https://www.sst.dk/da/corona/Vaccination is the authoritative source, and if you want to be vaccinated during the pause, what you need to do is find one of the sites (they all stay open during the pause) and show up during opening hours. There are no additional requirements.
The pause just means that the relevant authority won't contact you to say e.g. "Hi, 140 days have passed since you were vaccinated, so you're now eligible for the second dose." Duh.
