Just use Clerky or Stripe or Gusto. Lawyers tend to be absurd wastes of money. (Source: am currently in biglaw--not that you'd need to hire such a firm for this, but rule still applies)
Ah I'll check those out. By chance do you know if they have some sort of ad-hoc lawyer available if needed (kind of like how some tax prep software has accountants available)?
Yes, I used it to incorporate recently and we are early in the "post-incorporation steps" process. So I don't have that much knowledge, unfortunately, but I am a user.
