This looks dubious. Let's not forget how many other infinity based logos are out there too. Did they file a lawsuit against them as well? Surely at least one other also overlaps with 'Internet Computer blockchain'.
I'm guessing not filing lawsuits for all instances doesn't serve as argument against filing a lawsuit for one instance. I'm not a lawyer though, so I'm not sure.
