Berlin Startup, need an extra pair of hands?

I'm moving to Berlin next month, so I wonder if any web startup there needs some help. I'm good at html/css/php and I know some js (jquery). Would like to learn RoR. I founded http://ma.rs in Belgrade last year, also looking for a partner for that :)
