Hoping for an update on the community's latest ratings of the outsourced coding sites. Rent-A-code, elance, guru.com, o-desk. Any others? I need to find someone to build me a web app quickly. Have struggled with freelancers on Guru in the past. So I was curious to hear if anyone has a favorite site for finding short-term coding help. Thanks
