Asking here for these things is probably not the best place. Cosmetic surgery is a thing that lots of people do and have lots of very good success with. A better place to probably get general information and experiences is likely Reddit but ultimately it would be talking to a doctor who specializes in cosmetic surgery but also speaking to a doctor to see if there is some other kind of genetic or hormonal imbalance in the body that could be causing things.
Well im banned from reddit thats why i cane here, but i cant afford cosmetic surgery, we are not currently in the financial condition,and i think it would be lame to ask my father to pay now that our condition aint that good. But if i do go to a doctor can these problems actually be fixed?and if you have experience with this,how much would it cost to do a surgery?
