I wanted to post this article, as I’m worried about the mental health aspects. Stressful work, even when remote, can lead to real health problems. If people don’t feel comfortable taking a day off to recover, that could be recipe for burn out. Taking time for our own well being shouldn’t be a sign of weakness.
