Not really the same. In your article, Israel told them to leave the building so they could bomb Hamas terrorists who were also in the building. Also, that bombing was mentioned in the OP article, though they left out the part where terrorists were in the building and Israel warned the journalist before bombing the building.

What the OP article left out is the Israel government is denying what this article claims. The Israelis are saying it was a Palestinian who shot the journalist. Al Jazeera is literally owned by the Qatar government. Their bias is clear in this article.

It is wild to see the passive language being used about her murder by the US mainstream media, but not surprising.
Why is it wild? They don't actually know who killed her. Israel claims it was accidental Palestinian gunfire.

Neither side has given any evidence, but the Palestinians have refused to let anyone see the bullet to check it.

And how do you know it was murder and not an accident (by either side)?

Latest reports are it may have been Palestinian Gunfire - this title is very biased.
What are these reports? The article says several times there were just israeli fighters around.
Al Jazeera isn't exactly an impartial site. They are owned by the Qatar government.
Why is this political stuff on hn? Please keep the politics to twitter.
