This is really cool and all, but I'd like to see them also rethink the pricing for cache purging...
Every option for purging other than purging by URL (which is practically useless if you need to purge html AFAIK, which maps to basically every extensionless URL) is locked behind an Enterprise plan. Not even the $200 business plan has access to anything more than that.
This has been the story of my life on Cloudflare. They lure you in with the promise of free bandwidth, and then lock out anything remotely interesting or useful behind what I can only imagine is a thousands of dollars per month Enterprise contract.
I've since moved on to BunnyCDN, which has a flat, reasonable bandwidth-based pricing and no feature locks, and have been much happier. Only complaint so far is their SSL certs support, which doesn't do wildcard certs, so I had to upload my own, which was a bit annoying, but manageable.
Enterprise plan can carry, but as far I know, will not make be much more than 2500-3500;
Maybe they should create a Enterprise that has a flat price and be self subscribed. And a “Corporate” for people that needs several limits more than a “basic” enterprise that they offer. Or just stop that and put a price on things.
The basic enterprise is fair just for the SLA. (Depending the size of your business)
Sometimes purges take way longer, like 15 minutes and you have no idea when the purge was completed to allow sending new traffic to that destination to get the new data. One good option is to add purge status via API (and probably on the purge page with a list of recent purges) to know when that purge request has been completed. For example sending a purge request would provide a purge token, which you can later use to check if the purge has completed.
