I don’t think there is a pharmaceutical treatment for cerebrovascular accidents. There are blood-clotters etc to reduce the chance of acute hemorrhagic stroke, but the treatment of brain aneurisms is largely endovascular intervention.

Traditional medicine would be a joke in this scenario. Sounds like political PR.
