Not trying to be argumentative (on the contrary), but a couple of points:
- W3schools is European
- The Indians sites mentioned are not "low quality" per se (as in the info being totally wrong or misleading), they are just simply very basic and/or not comprehensive enough. But probably you are not the target audience (beginning developers).
As a person developing a similar site and trying to avoid the stigma of being branded useless and low-quality, I ask to you and any other person who wants to chime in, what kind of content I can offer to beginning developers without being considered trash? When I see a site like CSSTricks , the information is very basic too but they dont have this stigma. I wonder what other factors are in place here and how to work so they can help me.

One of those things that, like adblockers, once you start using it you'll wonder how you could stand to use the intarwebs without it.
