For Tech Startups, the Party Is Over

No party lasts forever. I'd say if anything, the astonishing thing was how long this party lasted.

I've heard this about four times in the last 25 years. Like each time before, this will pass.

Sure, but this was an insane decade+ long bullrun? For a whole generation of founders, VCs and employees, they’ve never seen anything different.

They could have opened a book about the ancient history of the beginning of this millenium.
