I for myself have just started the first lecture to see where it will lead. I believe there is a lot to be gained not only for the website but as psychological/conflict resolving background. Recommend reading the examples: One mentioned a familiar conflict and gave some new ideas.
Although I'd like to know more what their security / verification method will be to ensure malicious actors are prevented from further preying on vulnerable people.
As well as a perspective from ensuring that no people seeking help could use this to take advantage on the generosity of people willing to provide help.
