This is a very interesting result that (if it holds up) demonstrates increased demand for housing due to remote work that coincides with decreased demand for commercial space. Perhaps it is obvious that when someone switches to remote work that they also tend to have larger houses (at least 1 extra room dedicated to an office). In my case, I bought property with enough land to add a converted shed as my office.
