Ask HN: Is there any text editor faster than Notepad on Windows?

..in terms of startup time.

I am not saying open a terminal than open a text editor. Because in a Windows machine the terminal needs some to initialize.

Except for startup time the features that make Notepad the best text editor in the world. -

- Ability to quickly copy and paste from the global clipboard

- Quickly change zoom with mouse scroll and essentially mouse support

- Word warp

I have tried gvim, sublime text, notepads, notepad++ but nothing beats Notepad's startup time.
