"Can you stop showing my profile to people who hate me" gets met with "we stand by that decision, because inclusive"

reminds me of git/hub changing from master to main, and how that did nothing to help minorities get hired, did nothing to fight for better wages, better treatment, for those that have been hired, etc

Or perhaps worse, since the people involved in the change felt like something was achieved, they may feel that their part is done and no longer seek out other changes, which could actually have helped people instead

I feel like this will increase the number of trans people who are murdered.
So if you don't want a girl without a vagina (ie: with a penis), there is no option to filter that out? After reading some comments on reddit, I wonder if trans might be the first stage of being gay for some people?

I have often encountered the mentality that having a preference for a non-trans partner is transphobic.

Personally I think a person's preferences for their partner are deeply personal and not really other people's business. I don't have a preference for other men, I don't think that makes me homophobic it just makes me straight.

I think it's just that allowing people to have a preference for non-trans women or non-trans men requires admitting there is a difference between biological women and trans women, and biological men and trans men.

Admitting that is something that I find many pro-trans people are unwilling to do.

yeah, I was trying to be polite... but of course I don't believe what I said
