Poll HN: Next/prev/collapse buttons right or left of username?

When browsing HN threads, I often use the new navigation buttons. One can't simply click next, read some comments, and click again to move forwards: the 'next' button will shift per comment depending on username length. Simply moving the username part ("lucb1e 11 hours ago") to the right of the pipe symbols would solve this.

Instead of proposing this directly to Dang, I wanted to get other people's take on it. If it's just me, then there is no need to suggest it.
