All vaccines of all diseases have risk. Catching the diseases themselves have risk. Here in canada, az and j&j were stopped due to side effects. Uptake was excellent, no obvious reports of side effects in bulk and the last wave of covid did not see a big spike in hospitalization. There are newer vaccines that don’t use either off the transmission vectors so they should be examined for world use.
