Been a big fan of Tilt since I started using it early this year. Could definitely see Tilt slotting into the new Docker Desktop Dev Environments feature.

I thought Docker was moving away from developer tools. What is the direction the Docker company is headed? Does anyone know?

Docker sold its enterprise division and is now only focused on developer tools.

I talked with the CEO of Mirantis at the time (https://kubernetespodcast.com/episode/110-mirantis/) and I talked with Docker's CEO a couple of weeks ago (https://kubernetespodcast.com/episode/179-dockercon/). Both episodes offer good context as to the change in focus.
