Ask HN: Does Google index mobile apps?

I notice that I have been getting user signs up through Google login. I am certain they are bots because they all use Google sign in and follow the same email format "michellesheen.1234234@gmail.com". Most bots that aren't consider "good" bots are blocked through Cloudflare. I also added additional rules to prevent most bots. Since users can't sign up with email. So does Google index mobile apps?
