Google “Speedy Meetings” (cloud.google.com)

Google has a setting in "Event Settings" in GCal to end short meetings 5 minutes earlier, and longer meetings 10 minutes earlier, so there's automatically a short gap between meetings.

We need the setting where a half hour before the meeting, it sends the organizer the message “Just send an email to everyone” and cancels the meeting.
