What challenges you have doing pomodoro technique

Hello everyone, so I've been doing pomodoro technique for last couple 3 months and results are pretty impressive. I've learnt Blender, watched 80% of lectures in YC Library and started to read books.

All thanks to this technique. Does anyone practice it? If so what is your process and what challenges you have with it?
