Pretty much the title. If a recession does happen, which skills (programming languages, paradigms, DBs, platforms, etc.) do you consider could provide a good safety net when it comes to employment?

Electronics repair seems like a good thing to have some knowledge of regardless, but especially now.

Not everything is an impenetrable sandwich of invisibly minuscule parts. That DOA TV set might just have a loose connection somewhere, or a fried sub assembly that can be easily replaced.
