Ask HN: Would you find it helpful if candidates rated you, Uber-style?
As an interviewer, imagine if candidates anonymously gave you a rating and answered a few questions about the interview (e.g., did the interviewer give you enough opportunity to shine?).
Can you imagine finding this helpful? How do you think you'd feel about it over time?

[ 3.3 ms ] story [ 19.6 ms ] threadBut the big question mark to me is who are you proposing giving these ratings of the interviewer to and what might be done with this information? Could this conceivably be used to penalize candidates who don't like the interviewer on a personal level?
