Looking for a Developer/Designer/Revolutionary

We are the largest network of video journalists in the world. We are funded. We are based in New York City. Our company is now looking to use technology to disrupt the inefficient production model that has plagued television journalism for the last 20 years. We are developing an entirely web-based system that will change the way people see and understand the world. We can offer a small salary, and equity, to the right person who can help us achieve this goal. We have applied for Y-Combinator for this winter, and if accepted, that person will be required to join our Founder in California. We're looking for a talented developer/designer/visionary/hacker/revolutionary to lead us into a new era in journalism.
