Ask HN: What CRM do you use?

Please don't say hubspot :)

We're using orbit.love for community management at robusta.dev and it's great. We're missing features of a proper CRM though, so looking for something to complement orbit. Main goal is to handle inbound better and not drop the ball by accident because we're too busy and something gets forgotten.

Why not HubSpot? I use HubSpot and am honestly really happy with it.

It's not terrible, just looking for alternatives I'm not familiar with.

We wanted to use it for marketing automation but would have had to pay $900/month even after the startup discount [1] so we chose customer.io instead and it's been way better in every way. (Better product and less than a quarter of the price.)

So I'm wondering if there's another product I should be aware of for the CRM aspects.

[1] We have only a single automation workflow, but it needs to both send emails and trigger a webhook. So with HubSpot we would have had to pay for both the marketing and automation hub
