Of course we can expect Musk to be lambasted for this policy (and perhaps the way he has gone about stating it!) but at least he is clear in what he wants. Now Tesla employees can clearly choose whether they want to work at Tesla. What is more annoying for me are those employers who are still trying the kick the decision down the road - the 'we're remote for the next 3 months' types. Time for them to choose, so that we can decide
