I wanted to share once a pretty interesting online community, Asynchrony.com, which is long gone now. You'd join it, share your idea in the hope some people would like it, join your team and start building it. Or you would browse others' ideas and join someone else's initiative.
What was especially neat about Asynchrony was (something along the lines of) the love vs. money rating of each idea.
Asynchrony never really gained any ground though it did produce a couple of profitable projects.
I was just wondering why something like this doesn't exist today, of course done in a more "21st century way".
