Now, if they could only be this consistent with bankers who've ruined the World economy: failing up has been a thing for way too long, and now that Putin decided to make Russia the next N. Korea and made the West start enforcing financial malfeasance we should realize that the economy is rife with it from those outside of Russia and that should be addressed as well.
Oligarchs are only possible because banks and Hedge funds allow them to operate within their justification and they should all be held liable for this to occur.
If they want a list just bring out the Panama papers and start going down the list of other complicit in the very same offshoring tactics Russian oligarchs have used.
