What hardware asset management tools do you use for quickly booking network-connected systems?

Are there any that offer a spreadsheet-like interface (i.e., data cells plus keyboard-friendly inline edits) and expose a REST API for complex queries against user-defined properties and relations?

We're using a spreadsheet to reserve hardware, which is no longer adequate, yet wonderfully efficient:
