Serious question, is someone actually looking for this? Why would anybody want to find an employer that went out of their way to signal like this? If I was looking for a job, I would prefer the exact opposite, or generally I would prefer companies that focus on work stuff and not requirements unrelated to the job.
I'd honestly be interested to see the exact opposite of this. Employers who prioritize running their business instead of social theatre.
Same thing, any company putting diversity and inclusion first is a huge red flag to me and I usually stop my own hiring process.

As a capitalist I consider any strategies other than "Hire the best individuals as long as they are also good teammates" the only viable strategy. And I am wary of anyone doing something else.

"Let's hire more black people" does not seem like a viable strategy. And the message sent to the person actually hired is terrible. "Yeah we hired you because we needed to appear more inclusive".

If someone built the opposite product I would be interested, would help me not waste time with company I share no common ideals.
