Some context here: I got an email to confirm some info from send grid at 2 am on Friday morning, was offline that day due to some medical issues and per doctors orders was out till Monday morning. Is it just me or is the fact that sendgrid gives one business day before suspending accounts ridiculous?
I think it would depend on the reason for the suspension and the ease of appeal/reactivation process.

If they believe there was fraud or the account had been compromised a short time frame from request to suspension makes sense as it limits the potential damage. Now, it should also be equally easy to reactivate the account in and automated way by confirming the required information.
