Yup, Azure Portal has been acting up all morning, randomly not letting me in. Now there was an issue with Azure CDN not serving files but instead randomly closing connections or returning 404. It recovered pretty fast, though.
Not sure if this is related, but GitHub Actions accessing api.nuget.org (for C# packages) are intermittently failing during builds too, perhaps its Azure CDN.
