[–] isaacfrond 4y ago ↗ Article doesn't really answer the question posed in the title. It is good question though. Entertaining as recent language models are, one of the few business models I see is improved search. The semantic bible search we had here a few days ago is an excellent example https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=31733673I mean who would have expected this Bible hit for 'open source software'?Proverbs 27:5 - Open rebuke is better than secret love. [–] talolard 4y ago ↗ I came to the same conclusion on business models. I wish there was a way to know if that’s it, or is my imagination/knowledge restricted.I keep thinking of this quote I heard “When the car was invented someone could predict parking lots but no one could predict Walmart”
