Pulling MikroTik into the Limelight (margin.re)

That was a fun read about a funky platform that does not see as much love as it should.

I am just hoping that this research will help further OpenWrt support for these cheap and powerful devices. In particular, it would be great if flashing OpenWrt did not require a initramfs network boot.
