Really weird. Perhaps it is because of luring search engines to the page? Eventually they will put up their own application, and then they will have a head start for search engine optimization?

Redirect anyone coming into "jobitems.cn" to a nice page full of your own advertisements. Maybe put a robots.txt for that domain that bans all spiders, or something even more fun. There's no MX record so you should be getting their mail too by default.
